Stab Agar

Making agar stabs for storage and transport of bacterial strains.

1L Component
10 g Tryptone
5 g Yeast extract
10 g Sodium chloride
6 g Agar

Autoclave. Transfer to cryovials before media cools. Can store the vials at 4 C for a few months.
